  • Do you work on mobile home or manufactured home air conditioners?

    We specialize in mobile/manufactured home AC system repairs, replacement, maintenance; and ductwork replacement.

  • Do you work on heat pumps?

    Yes, both split-systems and package systems.

  • Do you provide same-day service?

    We try our best to arrive on the day you call. Our maintenance contract guarantees same day service, if we are called before 4:30PM.

  • Do you work on all makes and models of AC systems?

    Yes, we can work on all makes and models of cooling systems. 

  • Are you open weekends and holidays?

    Our office is not open on weekends and holidays, but we have an answering service for an on-call service technician available 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

  • Do you provide duct cleaning services?

    No. Our services include HVAC system replacements, equipment repairs, annual maintenance, repairs, and ductwork replacements.

  • What is your serving area in Polk County?

    Lakeland, Auburndale, Winter Haven, Lake Alfred, Haines City, Lake Wales, Bartow, Mulberry, Polk City, FL, and other surrounding areas. 

  • Do you work on mini-splits and window units?

    We no longer install mini-splits or work on mini-splits that we did not install. We do not work on window units, as they are inexpensive enough to purchase new ones.
