Price Busters Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC has an opportunity for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in Lakeland, FL. Our company offers quality, integrity, and value to our customers. We service the majority of Polk County and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate needs to have the following qualities to be considered for this position:

• 3 years of verifiable experience with other HVAC companies
• EPA certified
• Clean, valid driver’s license and record
• Dependable, hardworking, and trustworthy
• Professional appearance
• Detail-oriented
• Provide your tools
• Adaptable/flexible
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Outstanding communication skills
• Available for rotating weekend on-call services

Skills and Qualifications

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of residential systems
• Ability to crawl under mobile/manufactured homes for inspections and repairs
• Ability to climb into attics for inspections and repairs
• Install, modify, or repair air ducts, indoor units, drain pans, drain lines, and outdoor units
• Assist in installs of new equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized van
